I have used Allen's many times and just keep going back. I live out of town and they have been my go to florest for the last few years for birthdays and holidays. The quality is superb and they stand by their product with excellent customer service and communication.

I placed two different orders for three plants around 11 a.m. to be delivered the same day, and they were all delivered before 4 p.m. The items I got were exactly as described, and my roommate is thrilled with the new additions to our house. I am definitely ordering from here from now on. I ordered Mother's Day flowers as well as get well soon flowers right after this to be delivered elsewhere. Just an edit to add, the ZZ plant is still thriving after 3 years!

I ordered an arrangement of two stems of white orchids to be delivered for a birthday. I was so pleasantly surprised how beautiful the arrangement was when the recipient sent it to me. Great job Allen’s Flowers & Plants. Thank you for the excellent service!!!

Stunning bouquet for our daughter’s birthday! Easy website to view and purchase, great customer service, and fabulous creativity!! Our daughter works downtown San Diego - and will for sure always use Allen’s Flowers for all future gifts!!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL arrangement! I highly recommend Allen’s Flowers to anyone and they have several locations! I ordered sympathy flowers and they looked exactly like the photo if not better! Just beautiful. And the recipient loved them. Be mindful if you choose the option “deliver at anytime” on the date of your choice, they will deliver on that promised date but it may be in the evening depending how busy they are. Which was fine, but I was worried for sec that they forgot about my delivery since I got an email around 8pm that they were delivered. BUT I was happy to know that they don’t stop their day till all their promised deliveries are made. GREAT SERVICE! I will definitely be using their delivery service again! Their customer service was prompt in responding within business hours as well and addressing my concern. GO HERE!!!

Several weeks ago, I placed an order for an arrangement to be sent to my daughter who was appearing in a musical in Vista, CA. Lisa assisted me, and she was wonderful. While I was on hold, she called the theater to make certain that delivery arrangements were just right. The flowers were lovely. It is so nice when dealing with a company all the way across the country that is unknown to me, to have things work out so beautifully. I could not have been happier!

Tricky ordering flowers online when you're over 10,000km (not American, won't use miles!) away, but I decided upon Allen's Flowers after looking at 3/4 other websites. The website was easy to navigate and the bouquets made it difficult to choose because they were all gorgeous! Placed an order on Monday evening Singapore time, and I was notified it was delivered the next morning to my recipient. I chose the bold and beautiful and the bouquet exceeded my expectations. It is stunning, and my recipient loved it! Thank you to the team who put this together.

Had a great experience buying flowers here for Valentine’s Day. The had single stem options that were reasonably priced $2-3 a flower and you could custom make a bouquet or pick one of their premade ones that are very beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. Will be back for sure!

We always get flowers for the house from Allen’s, so obviously when it came to our wedding we had to come here! We rented one of the flower arches, it came out incredible. We had great communication about the vibes and themes. They went over my options, price points, preferences. Communication was excellent. Everything was delivered perfectly in time, set up was taken care of. It was obviously a stunning display. And the next day pick up was seemless. Highly recommend Allen’s for all of your floral needs. Their quality and professionalism made this such an easy and stress free experience. Thank you so much Allen’s team!
